my daughter got a ticket suspected dui - attorney went to court and reduced to reckless. she refused breath test and license suspended. car is in her name, insurance was in my name. what now - it's been 8 months. dmv says she needs an sr22

Unfortunately, she is going to have to add a policy in her name to the vehicle she intends to drive. The insurance company will then fill out an SR-22, which she has to take with her when she applies for a hardship license with the Administrative Reviews Office. She doesn't need comprehensive insurance, but she will have to get insurance that meets the minimum state levels for liability insurance.
