Reply to N Cal Attorney's Post: I am looking for a federal and state offense involving the breach of peace? I am thinking it is the act of commiting terrorism or weapons of mass destruction?

Breach of the peace covers a lot of conduct. Punching someone and starting a fight would be a breach of the peace. So would blowing up a bank. Any crimes that disturbs public order would be a breach of the peace.

ok I ended up getting the answer myself. In case you want to know the answer: Federal and state offenses of the breach of peace are acts of terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. I had already googled it. You did not do anything different from me.
