They all exist co equally. when they conflict the court uses the cannons of statutory interpretation to arrive at a conclusion. domestic violence case impose three restraining order not even found quilty yet.but she filed for diovorce she the one with dv pending her parents are pushing her.i just want to work thing out

In many areas as soon as a domestic violence complaint is filed a temporary order is issued, pending the investigation. They could become permanent if you were found guilty, i suggest an attorney, as you don't want to get into trouble, that wont help matters, both laws apply, the injunction as well as the pending divorce. it's a tough situation, but one that an attorney would be needed to resolve and keep you out of jail.
