My Durable Power of Attorney has been forensically proven.

My Durable Power of Attorney has been forensically proven. My husband forged my signature with the aid of an employee at Merrill Lynch. He also did this at A.G. Edwards. These accounts represent hundreds of thousands of dollars. The forensic evaluation has been confirmed that he indeed was the forger. Three women at on of these institutions signed that they witnessed my signatures.
