I have to send my question in separate parts. Part 1: Sorry,
Part 1: Sorry, for this long story, but I want to give all the details. I'm a single mom of a 5 & 8-year-old. I lost the use of my car on August 28th because the transmission and engine were bad, I'm not able to get to work because of it, It's too expensive to use uber back and forth for work and to get back and forth to school to pick my kids up, but my job is giving me time to get my car situation resolved and then I will be able to go back to work. I contacted a car dealership on Wednesday, Sept 11th about a car that was for sale, I told the salesman that I already knew I would need a co-signer and would be using my dad, so the salesman proceeded to and insisted on trying to approve me w/out a co-signer, he had me fill out the application through a link he had texted me... once her reviewed my information, he called me back and told me I was approved on my own and what my monthly payments would be, he told me to forward him my driver's license and insurance info, meanwhile he sent a Lyft to pick me up and bring me to the dealership, while on the way to the dealership the salesman texted me and told me that all of the paperwork and the care was ready, got to the dealership, went for a test drive, came back to the dealership, sat down with the finance guy and was asked for my check stubs, I was shocked because I was never told or asked anything about check stubs, so I proceeded to tell the finance guy that I wasn't advised or told anything about check stubs, so I already knew I didn't have 3 months proof of employment history to show and that's why my dad was going to co-sign for me. … read more
