There is about a 99.9% chance this is a scam... If you never actually entered into the sweepstakes... it is a scam.. If they want you to pay taxes, freight, a claiming fee, a withholding fee, a transfer fee, etc... it is a scam.. If they want you to send them money via an untraceable source like Western Union, Money Gram, Money Pak, Green Dot or with gift cards.... it is a scam..

You NEVER have to pay anything if you win a real prize or lottery as taxes are taken out before any money is distributed..
