Certainly I would like that information

On review of your facts, you have a good case.A lawyer letter from a local lawyer can be effective in several ways. It can avoid costly litigation and help bring about a settlement. It also helps organize the claim and if it goes to court shows the judge you tried in good faith to resolve it!By being prepared and pressing your claim, the other side should feel the pressure and consider the risk of losing and legal fees. That realization can help bring about a settlement! If needed If you sue in court you may end up with a judgment. The judgment generally allows you to levy on bank accounts, lien real estate and work with the sheriff office civil enforcement division. Many lawsuits result in settlement - which expect the judge to encourage.

your legal advice is to seek a lawyer. Is that correct?
Consumer Protection Lawyer: Infolawyer, Lawyer replied 3 months ago
I would threaten legal action personally. I would also attempt attorney general and BBB. I would then involve a consumer lawyer. Please let me know if the reply is acceptable by responding “yes” or “acceptable”

As mentioned Eversource has been in error when charging my account. After numerous calls in the past 18 months, I finally had to hire a private company to confirm that fact. In your opinion what are my chances of recovering those fees?
Consumer Protection Lawyer: Infolawyer, Lawyer replied 3 months ago
Good based on the errors.

I am a resident at the apartment complex The Reserve in Lawrence, Kansas. Recently my roomates and I have had to pay electric bills far higher than should be expected for a 4 bedroom apartment around 1,500 sq. feet.
