I have a question; I bought a cell phone on a VERIZON store,

I have a question...

I have a question; I bought a cell phone on a VERIZON store, a Samsung galaxy note 3 and never noticed that they charged me for a Samsung galaxy note 5. It happens in 2016 and looking for a file in my computer I saw the receipt. I call Costumer service and they said that they can not do anything if I don't have an account with them. (I canceled my service with VERIZON) And they said to go to the store where I bought it, so I did and they said that they do not have a record of anything about my phone and service...what can I do about it? thanks in advance..Jose J Ramirez

Unfortunately, in order to go after the Verizon Store, you must first find the receipt in question. Otherwise, the Store would have nothing to go by if the Sstore has claimed not to have a record of the sale in its system. Regrettably, you cannot file a Small Claim against the store for the difference in price without the receipt.
