I have been receiving...

I have been receiving LTD insurance since 07/2017 and then suddenly Cigna closed my case this past October. I have appealed there decision am an looking for representation to assists me in the appeal process.

Lawyer's Assistant: Was this discussed with a manager or HR? Or with a lawyer?

No. I no longer work.

Lawyer's Assistant: Is the workplace "at will" or union? Is the job hourly or salaried?

I am still under the care of a surgeon and still have physical disability's. I am also receiving SSDI.
