Amazon sent me an unrequested store card that was already activated. I did not use it or make charges on it. I received calls from Synchrony Bank, the card issuer, saying charges have been made and they expect payment. I informed them that I had not requested or used the card, and the case went to Synchrony's fraud department. I recently heard that the fraud department has rejected my fraud request, and they expect payment of $3,663.95 by May 3, 2017. Please help!!!

Customer: I do not know what was charged. All they send is totals.

I am very sorry to hear this. You have a right to demand proof of the charges. An attorney could possibly help you but his/her involvement might cost more than what is being demanded.
