My brother returned an item that cost $40.00 because he felt he did not need it. He was not given a credit for the return. Instead, he was charged another $40.00 for shelf life. How is that possible?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: He just purchased a new phone. The sales rep. talked him into a number of extra items. He is a disabled veteran. He does not fully understand everything. I am trying to get some information before I bring him back to Verizon. He lives in N.J. I live in Ct.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Because I live 4 hours away from him I have only spoken to him on the phone. I will be going out to see him in March. I just want to know how I can help him.
