This is a complete and well known scam. You NEVER have to pay anything to receive a prize if you actually entered a sweepstakes and won something... Any taxes or fees are automatically deducted prior to distribution.

Do not send any money or you will never see it again.. these people are criminal scammers who prey on people's hopes that they somehow hit the lottery, normally without entering it, and seek to steal your money..
