Customer Question

I purchased new ford but within a year after having numerous problems with the car My car spontaneously catch on fire while I was driving it. Now ford deny our claim that it's their fault with the car. I am paying for a car that can not be fixed for a year already. We have court date 2018. Do I still have to pay for a car? What are my options?

I assume you are suing Ford, the manufacturer of the car. However, Ford or Ford finance or someone else financed the purchase which is separate from the manufacturer. Accordingly, until the court rules in your favor, and they should, you still need to make your payments. Thanks for understanding.
