I had a tractor trailer back into my suv on 9/27/16 Vehicle has been at leifs for 3 weeks now. Insurance company for the person who backed into me does not want to pay all of what it is going to cost to fix my car. What are my legal grounds on this?? My car was parked
JA: What state is this in? And how old is the SUV?
Customer: Oregon 2006 nissan exterra

Customer: Yes. And everything was going fine until they decided they would only pay part of the cost. I dont know the total cost but they sent paperwork to leifs and it is 2500 less than what it is going to cost. In the mean time i do have a rental but i cant do my normal running ect with this vehicle
