we were to sign papers to give the bank 2nd mortgage on some property but put in un -mortgaged land papers with the the ones we were suppose to sign. Didn't read all the papers before signing. He had all of our collateral and wouldn't give us any money to operate. owed 3 Million with 21 Million mortgaged for collateral.
