Customer Question

We purchased gift cards to buy an item over the internet. It turned out the seller did not have the merchandise and was perpetrating a fraud. Local law enforcement and the FBI were informed. WE informed iTunes and they said one of the cards had been used, The other five cards were suspended from being used, iTunes said to try and get our money back from the store were we bought the cards. The store has a all sales on gift cards final. So is there a way to get the money?
