I got a call from a so called arbitrator saying I owe a cash

Customer Question

I got a call from a so called arbitrator saying I owe a cash loan from 2,012, I paid it off over a 2year period over the phone with a prepaid credit card, this arbitrator told me that I will be served papers to appear in court because I paid through a third party that scammed me but if I agree to a payment plan with this arbitrator there will be no lawsuit, but they told me they can't send anything in writing until I agree to a payment plan, what should I do?

I am sorry to hear this; have you looked to see if the recipient of the prior money was the correct party?
