Hello​This is Samuel and I will discuss this and provide you information in this regard.There is no such law in the CA or the Uniform Commercial Code. If the payment is being made to the IRS, then the Code of Federal Regulations as well as the United States Code provides the date of post mark is the date of payment. But that does not apply to anything other than the IRS, unless there is something specific in your loan documents. I wish it was better news for you.
