(Posted by JustAnswer at customer's request) Hello. I would like to request the following Expert Service(s) from you: Live Phone Call. Let me know if you need more information, or send me the service offer(s) so we can proceed.
Expert:  Asad Rahman replied 1 year ago.
I am skrry to hear that. You would file what is called an Original Answer in which you respond to each contention in their petition. You would also assert any claims you might have against them such as breach of contract or unfair debt collection practices.

Can you explain assert there claims a little clear please
Expert:  Asad Rahman replied 1 year ago.
If you like we can talk by phone so I can provide some clearer guidance. There are additional charges.

What I was saying was you also add claims in your answer that you might have against them for their wrongful conduct like breaching your contract in some way or overly aggressive collections tactics.
