I got an oil change at Sears. Two days later my engine blew

Customer Question

i got an oil change at Sears. Two days later my engine blew up. There was no oil in my vehicle. I called them. They towed it to their shop for free. Now they will not get back to me. Should I find a lawyer? What kind of lawyer? How much am I going to have to fork over? Thanks

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question..How long has it been since they towed it?.Have you spoken to the store manager?.And you probably have no idea what any repair would cost, correct?..thanksBarrister
