I have Stage 2A Breast Cancer and my Breast Surgeon changed

Customer Question

I have Stage 2A Breast Cancer and my Breast Surgeon changed my Cancer from Stage 1 to Stage 2A after I had my surgery and after I saw my Radiation Oncologist but he did not inform my Radiation Oncologist about the change, I found this out while undergoing my radiation treatments. Should I get legal help with this?

This is Samuel. I will discuss this and provide you information in this regard.

I am sorry to hear of your health situation. Please tell me

1 - Did your oncologist then treat you as Stage 1?

2 - Has the Oncologist stated that because he was not aware of the change in your stage from 1 to 2 that the treatment he provided will harm you? Or

3 - Have you been harmed by the treatments since it was not for stage 2? In other words, has the treatment for stage 1 instead of treatment for stage 2 caused your cancer to progress as per a medical opinion from your oncologist?
