If you sign a contract to buy a car but do not take posession, can you change your mide on the purchase.

Dear Customer,

Unfortunately, no. Once you agree to the contract, and sign the paperwork, you have created a legally binding agreement. Taking delivery of the vehicle is not necessary to enforce the contract (if the dealer were to fail to deliver the car to you, they would be breaching the agreement to you!).
