I bought a piece for $193.00 in C.A.P to repair my vehicle, according to a mechanic recommendation. After was install it did not resolve the problem. I tied to returned and the business representative did not accept, because he said he did not take it after was used, which I don't agree due even it was installed did not worked. Am I entitled to get my money back or not?

Yes. You bought it because told it would repair. It did not. That amounts to a misrepresentation and breach of agreement. If intentional, it is fraud. You can and should get money back and if needed can pursue recovery. If you paid with a CC, can go through the credit card company.
