There is no cooling off period for a purchase in Texas like this. And because the item is NOT malfunctioning and the issue is NOT with the installation, then there is little standing to demand that it be given back. The item is performing as requested and was installed as best as possible. Because you miscalculated how it would fit is not the seller's fault.
I am so sorry, but I do not see a good argument to demand that they take the swing back. I am sorry.
