Can i sue my pharmacist drug that is only fda approved 12

Customer Question

Can i sue my pharmacist for a drug that is only fda approved 12 weeks and they continued to do so for three years. I now have Tardive dyskenasia( irreversible, progressives neurological permanent taking 5tranquilizers a day so far. But o still twitch pucker uncontrollable tongue and so on. I have a class action lawsuit against teva pharmaceutical and they have filed a form the government stepped o.k. and put $10,000 are cut $6,000. For permanent brain damage......i don't think so. Now that I've written all this are you going to tell me you only have two years to sue after these ppl have caused permanent damage. Need a break here! Sincerely, Trish
