is the card in his name? was this debt covered in the divorce as to who is paying it? was the garnishment based on a default judgment?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Credit card is in his name, and yes it was a default judgement. The problem is that he just recently went to court to settle child support. This is now a double whammy and he would like to get the credit garnishment reduced monthly.
