Customer Question

After being in a car dealership in MD for about 4hrs, I had sign a few papers just so I could go home and was hoping to iron things out the next day only to find out I already apparently bought the car. So in less than 9 hrs later I'm told although I never picked up the car that it is now mine. What options do I have?

Could you explain a little more?

What were you told when you were signing the papers?

Did the finance manager tell you that you were actually signing the papers for purchase of the car or just to see if your loan would be approved?

Did the finance manager rush you to sign the papers and then come the next day to finish out the paperwork for the transaction?

What took place when you were signing the papers?
