I had a least from toyota and I turned in my vehicle a few

Customer Question

I had a least from toyota and I turned in my vehicle a few months earlier. My daughter re-leased a new vehicle from toyota. They told us they would waive the 6 months we owe. For weeks I am getting harassed because Toyota financial stated that I still own the vehicle. At least once a week since june I continued to tell them I do not own the car any longer. Today I looked at my credit report and it stated that I am 30 days delinquent. When I called Toyota financial they stated I owe 8 months to them. I'm seriously getting sick over this situation. My credit is being ruined and I just don't know what to do any longer. Any suggestions
