Customer Question

hello, i recently leased a car from honolulu ford over in Hawaii. i did not drive the car off their lot, so it is still in their possession. The next day i went back to tell them that i no longer want the car. I talked to the president there and he doesnt wanna take the car back or give me back my down payment.

Thank you for your question. Please permit me to assist you with your concerns.

If I may ask, on what basis did you change your mind? I ask because generally once you sign the contract, even if you do not take the car, the agreement is binding against you. Please advise.
