purchased BOSCH appliance (a real lemon) ice maker not working, shelf broken, drawers do not close shut, liner cracked.Have been trying to resolve it for the past year. No notes, or signs that we purchased "as is" and yet the dealer claims we bought it as is.Too long of the backround details to write. There is no charge for this right?
