I received a medical collection summons after I have told them numerous times that I has 2 medical insurances they needed to bill. I know I need to send an answer which is I'm denying the claims but what should I put down as a reason?

Tell them that the letter is improper and misdirected, and provide them with the insurance contact information and direct them to contact them. I would cc and send a copy of the same letter to the insurers. Send certified mail and keep a copy. Kindly rate the answer positively.
