I was sued by a debt collector on behalf of Discover Bank.
At the trial the judge issued decision for the plaintiff.
Although the Plaintiff failed to produce proof of debt, Plaintiff also refused to send me proof of debt, Plaintiff did not send me important information in the mail, but lied to the judge that it was sent.
