This is really a fraud case, I think.

I got a call from Global International saying I had won a second place sweepstakes of $2.5 million from Publisher's Clearing House and I have paid out $17,339.60 for registration , insurance and 1% IRS taxes. They flew into Tulsa, OK supposedly to delivery the prize but found out that the 1st prize winner was not a US citizen so I was upgraded to first place of $5 million so now I owe another $17,660.40 for 1% IRS tax. Have I been scammed big time and how do I get my money back?
