Hello again and thank you for that information. Unfortunately, this is a scam. The two biggest indicators are that you won a contest that you didn't enter, which simply does not happen and the other is the fact that they want money up front in order for you to collect your winnings. No legitimate sweepstakes would need money up front since they allegedly have your money and they just deduct whatever taxes or other fees might be charged from your winnings before you can receive it.
