Start by filing a police report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (run by the FBI).

The most important thing here is that you found out your mistake before you sent them all your money. Most people who fall for these scams don't figure it out until it's too late - they wind up with bounced checks, owing the bank hundreds of dollars. You managed to avoid that scenario, so that's a good thing.
Bank of American unfortunately does have the right to close your account for any reason. Try talking to a manager at the branch and explain what happened. They've seen this before, and the fact that you put all the money back in your account should help. Just keep in mind that they do have a right to close your account, but they're more interested in preventing fraud (and protecting the bank against losses) than in causing problems for you. Even if the account is closed - be glad, because it could have been much, much worse. You could have lost the picture, and your bank account, and hundreds of dollars. I'm glad that you didn't.
