I am a South Africa and have worked in America on Cruise Ships…

I am a South Africa and have worked in America on Cruise Ships for the past 6 years. During this time all employees were approached by Bank of America to open an account with them for their earnings. I have now returned to South Africa permanently and am trying to transfer my money to my Bank in South Africa. On leaving America I visited Bank of America and was informed that this would not be a problem and was given a printout with Wire Transfter Instructions. It now turns out that it is not that simple at all, it has to be done via internet banking, the only issue being that in order to transfer more the $1000 a secure pass is required. This can only be sent to an American cell phone number. The only way I could get this code was to use someone in America to receive the code on their phone and input it during the transaction. Again this sounds very simple but when put into practice it is not at all. My account has been blocked due to what BoA believed was "fraudulent" activity. After many expensive phone calls from South Africa to America, the account was unblocked, and after numerous tries and further phone calls to America both BoA and the person who's cell phone we were using, we believed the transaction would be processed, the date the funds were to be available in my South African account was 01/02/2012, now I have received a mail from the Bank to advise that the transaction has not gone through and I must try again! On trying to get into my account on the Internet it is once again blocked. I am at my wits end as there is no easy way around this and I am running up exorbitant phone bills with no success. Please advise what I can do. There is not representative of BoA in South Africa, the Bank in South Africa I have my account with cannot help, the South Africa Reserve Bank cannot help, and the South African Ombidsman is also unable to assit.
