Looks to me like there is something you can do. Here is a form that you fill out showing that your earnings are exempt:

http://www.wicourts.gov/formdisplay/CV-424.pdf?formNumber=CV-424&formType=Form&formatId=2&language=en

This is the site where I got this form for your state, and has some other helpful forms and info:

Keep in mind that this does not make the judgment go away. It simply keeps your wages from being garnished. Interest will continue to accrue, and if there is a time when your wages do exceed poverty level, they can resume garnishment.
