Sorry to hear you're having these troubles with this machine. If you just rebuilt both of these components and are certain that your pump drive coupling is not slipping or is actually turning the pumps that engine RPM, check for system contamination within the other components such as your control valves and inside your hydraulic filter for what looks like fine metal or glitter in the oil that would flag contamination and possible control valve problems. Otherwise, I have concerns on whether or not the pumps and drive motors were calibrated on a calibration stand before installation to the factory settings contained in the service book. If they were not calibrated, this should be done to any rebuilt hydraulic pump or drive motor. I recommend having your pumps flow tested and your pressures checked with test gauges in order to see if they are within the specifications covered in your machines service book. I also recommend checking all of your fuses and relays as well as your safety interlock circuit functions to make sure there are no safety interlock circuit problems that would lock out operation. Have this machine checked for any fault codes that might exist as well as any wiring problems going to your control valve solenoids. You may want to have John Deere service advisor diagnostic software connected to this machine to see if there might be any controller issues with this machine and also confirm communication with the controller. This will help determine whether or not you might have an electrical problem that exists.

pretty much covered this plenty of juice on everything except that track drive. thinking electrical nothing no fluid at all. braked control is on a y but seems to be a problem or maybe part all wires from filter ok. driver side locked up. new fluid no contamination passenger could not be better. thinking electrical????
