Sorry to hear you're having these troubles with this equipment and I see that you have been waiting some time for some advice on this. Click on the link below for a relay test are available through Amazon for 12 V systems. There is a more expensive one you can purchase that does both 12 V and 24 V relays which is the one that I have in my toolbox.You can use this to test your relays as it will do a click test and give you a green indicator if the relay passes a test. If you do not have access to one of these you can swap the relays out one at a time with a known good one for testing purposes. It just will not tell you if there is a problem within the wiring but it will help eliminate a relay problem. With the ignition switch on, verify power on both sides of each one of your fuses while replacing any fuse with power only on one side. This will also tell you if there is a loss of power before the fuse panel in any particular circuit. Thoroughly inspect the wiring within that grapple circuit going to the control valves and your control switches for any damage or corrosion that would cause a short or open circuit. You can also test the resistance of the solenoid's within that circuit to verify that they are all within the same range of one another with an ohmmeter.You can test for continuity with an ohmmeter to ground or across the post to see if there might be an open circuit as well. If multimeter uses out of your comfort zone or experience level, there are multiple videos on how to do a resistance or continuity check, as well as check for an open circuit or short to ground on YouTube.
