Tractor dozer runs well has a lot of strength engine runs cool hydraulics runs hot but most worrisome is transmission running hot. The tractor has a lot of strength and pushes hard but after 2 hours or less of hard work the transmission overheats we did not change the transmission oil cooler we only overhauled the transmission and put a new torque converter also new differential steer both sides pressure worksheet is as follows: this is the last pressures worksheet :E converter outlet:

I can understand how frustrating this may be after such an investment. First, I would like to thank you for the details that you have provided. One of the things that sticks out is the fact that the oil cooler was not changed after a failure. Check your inlet and outlet temperatures with a digital temperature reader as well as the pressures at the oil cooler to see if there is high temperature and pressure that would indicate a restricted oil cooler. All it would take is a restriction to flow in order to create heat. If all of your pressures are within specifications for your model and serial number service book, I would first take a very close look at your oil cooler. You have a lot of money invested into this rebuild to take the risk of burning up your new transmission from a restricted oil cooler. I hope you find this information helpful.
