I haven't worked on these models but, I believe the travel pedals are about the same.
One issue I find with other machines is the travel pedal pilot valve plungers will become corroded over time and begin to stick. This would cause the control of the pilot control valve to keep a travel motor slightly engaged and the machine could begin to move anytime the safety lever is engaged.
Often, all you need to do is to remove the travel pedals and floormat to allow for cleaning all dirt, mud or sand away from the pedal valve.
Then, inspect the boots that seal the rocker lever on the top of the valve to see if any rust or leaking is seen. If possible lift the boots up and soak the rocker and plunger with penetrating oil to free the binding components. Wash out any dirt with a good brake parts cleaner and soak again with penetrating oil. Reassemble the pedals and work the controls to see if they are working freely and don't have too much slack. A final test is to try traveling on hard flat ground for 100 feet with less than 3 feet deviation. If it travels straight and doesn't try to move anymore, the machine is good to go. If not, pressure testing should be done to determine if the travel pedal pilot valves are sending pressure to the control valve. If it is not sending pressure to the valve, then the issue could be in the main control valve.
