VerifiedHi my name is***** will be glad to try to help you out with this. If all of your budget and boom functions are working but the machine will not drive, I would still check all of your safety interlock switches and wiring for proper function but also verify your oil level and condition. Check inside your hydraulic filter for fine metal or debris that looks like glitter in the oil and filter which may flag a potential hydrostatic drive pump or drive motor failure existing. If this checks out okay, be sure to check all of your fuses and relays as well and for any potential fault codes logged within the machine ECM. If you do not have optional display to access your fault codes, Caterpillar electronic technician will be able to be connected in order to access any fault codes to then be troubleshot individually. If everything electrical checks out okay and there are no signs of fine metal found within your hydraulic system and filter, it is recommended that you have your pressures and flows tested to confirm whether or not they are within OEM specifications for your model and serial number machine service book. You will also want to confirm that your pump drive coupling is okay and turning the pumps at engine RPM. If for any reason the pump drive coupling has a problem or is slipping within the splines as the result of a failure, it is possible that it may not be able to handle the load to run your drive pumps but might just be enough for your hydraulic functions to operate. Verify that your drive coupling is turning your pumps at engine RPM as well. Reply back with the results of all of these checks if any further help is needed. It's a pleasure to help anyway I can.
