You will need to remove the hydraulic control valve and have it rebuilt. Sounds like some orings or seals and bad and are allowing internal leakage and leak down of your hydraulic circuit. Its a simple fix, but only for someone experienced in rebuilding hydraulic valves and remotes.

You would have to lift the cab to access them and it is the valve assembly attached to linkage from the foot/joystick controls. I do not have access to CAT parts books so I can only give you a generic location.
