The easiest way to do this would to be to disconnect the switch and place a piece of wire between the 2 terminals. SOMETIMES though manufacturers make it more tricky than a simple switch to keep it from being bypassed easily. They have a resistor built into the switch and you would need to know the resistance needed for the ECU to see someone is present. But I would try to jump the connector terminals since its simple enough to do. If you want to quickly check the seat switch though, use a multimeter to see if you have continuity when seated, that would indicate the switch is good.
