OK, now I see what you are saying.
Well, I would say the piston is frozen to the walls of the cylinders.
Or the hydraulic pump is frozen. I suggest disconnect the pump from the engine and go from there.
See if it is the pump or the engine. I suggest pouring -34 oz of diesel fuel in the cylinders
let soak and see if that helps free it up.

You are going to need to bite the bullet and pull the pistons out and clean the cylinder bores.

Yes, remove the oil sump and head and pop the pistons out.
May have to jack the engine up 2-3 inches to get sump off.
