Some machines may have a fusion that spot and others will not depending on the options your machine was ordered with when it was new and ordered for the dealer where it was originally sold. This is what you need to service your fuel filters and your fuel system. Once you prime your fuel system after changing your filters using the primer bulb and making sure there is resistance on the fuel primer and no air coming from your fuel filter bleeding screw , you would then close off the bleeding screw at the filter housing and then pump your primer until you get resistance .empty your old fuel filters into a clear container to look for any contamination of the fuel .if any is found will want to clean out the old fuel . Follow the service instructions in the manual link I have posted .

The manual link I provided was all I was able to come by for you that was available for free viewing to give you an idea and some information on servicing this machine and fuel system since it is a new machine to you. The service procedure servicing your fuel system is going to be the same whether it is that serial number or the other serial number you have. It will be the same principles. I do not have free manuals unfortunately. This just happened to then a manual that I was able to obtain for you. A manual that matches your model and serial number exactly you would have to find a copy for purchase.
