Since it sounds like there are so many sections of that wiring harness that are damaged, utilize the link that I posted above which will allow you to pull up whatever sections of the wiring harness you need to replace. I recommend replacing the complete wire harness sections that are in the worst condition as it will just cause so many problems over time chasing individual wires here and there. There is also a concern of potential fire or damage to other electrical components from a wiring harness short. It's best to replace that whole section wiring harness. All of your part numbers and parts breakdowns are covered in the manual for your model and serial number. It is a pleasure to help anyway I can.
