The first thing you want to do is if the engine is running but the machine will not move at all as far as travel but you do have all your hydraulic functions for your bucket, I would check and verify that all of your fluid levels are topped off and also look for any signs of dark or discolored oil, any signs of milky oil that would indicate water intrusion and contamination, and any sign of metal or debris within your filter and suction screen that would confirm internal mechanical problems within your transmission and drivetrain requiring disassembly for further inspection for repair or rebuild. The other potential problem is failed steering clutches. If you steering clutches are not allowing drive to engage or slipping, your machine will not travel unfortunately. I would start by doing a service but not just to replace the oil, this would also be to look for any sign of metal or debris within your filters/screen, that would confirm internal mechanical problems that would require disassembly for further inspection and ultimately rebuild or repair. It would also be a good idea to have your pressures tested and confirmed whether or not they are within OEM specifications. I do not have the service book for this particular older model machine but there may be some floating around on the web available for secondhand purchase or if you already have a copy, I would have your pressures tested. If you are in an area that reaches freezing temperatures, it is very possible that ice could have formed at the bottom of your reservoir and caused internal damage to your components.

Thank you for the updated information and that is at least one good sign. The water itself removes the lubricating properties of the oil and canned also cause damaged components in a hurry and premature failure. Run through my other checks and suggestions and follow-ups with the results if any further follow-up is needed.
