If this happened immediately after hydraulic oil and filter service, I would make sure that the oil is topped off within your sight glass and then check your left-hand console safety switch and wiring as well as your valve. It is also possible that you may be air bound. Check to see if you are hearing any pump noise whatsoever or any signs that the hydraulics are trying to work loading the engine slightly. I am not so sure that this would be any kind of fuse problem. You can quickly test all fuses with the ignition switch in the on position by testing for power on the top two metal tabs of each fuse replacing any views with power only on one side. You can also swap your relays one at a time for testing purposes with a known good one. It is a pleasure to help anyway I can.

The machine crawled forward backwards operated we went to load it on the trailer shut it off started it back up and it won't move it all it's doing no signs of nothing like it just stuck in neutral like there's no signal

The question was just open back up to where I could respond. If your hydraulic oil was milky, It is an indication of water in the oil which is damaging to your hydraulic pumps and components. It is highly likely that you have a main pump failure on your hands.check inside your hydraulic filter and oil for fine metal or debris that looks like glitter in the oil and filter. If this is found, The complete hydraulic system will need to be thoroughly cleaned out and flushed before running a new pump or component to prevent cross-contamination and premature failure. Okay so well this is were I am at .the point is there a way to drain all the oil ....it was like foam like milky but it has no response from the forward or backwards...no type of response..can there anyway to check the controls...
The first thing you want to do is check for signs of fine metal in the oil and filter that Would confirm a pump or component problem occurring. You will also want to check in the control valves for any signs of metal or debris that would cause them to malfunction as well as your relief valve cartridges in your control valves for any damaged o-rings or debris.
