What is your serial number?
Anytime you have a problem such as this, is recommended that you remove and inspect your relief valve cartridges for damaged O-rings or leaks as well as debris. If that checks okay and is clean, you will want to have your pressures checked and verified that they are in factory specifications in each position. Also look inside your hydraulic filter and oil for fine metal or debris that would flag a pump or component failure occuring. It is a pleasure to help anyway I can
Depending on what the seals look like when you remove them will determine whether or not you can reinstall them with the same seals. If they are flattened or have any damage such as small pieces or chunks taken off the O-ring or broken or missing O-rings, or hardened O-rings that are no longer pliable, etc. should all be changed. If you remove the cartridge and find you are able to push the poppet inside the valve and find no debris and no damage to the O-rings, you can gladly reinstall the cartridges. Any time you find any damaged O-rings it is a good idea to replace them because this may be part of your problem and there is no need of looking backwards once you've all ready had a particular valve apart.
Your relief valves will usually be mounted in the control valve block for your functions. Your hydrostatic drive will also likely have some relief valves integrated into them as well. Before getting too deep into that I would check for metal and debris in your filter as well as your hydraulic hose ports coming from your pump and into the drive motor in question. If you find metal and debris there is no need of going any further because your hydrostatic drive system needs to be overhauled.
I do not know what is available for seal kits and whether or not they sell the individual O-rings or as a kit. That would be a question for the dealer parts department. However, you will be able to purchase O-rings.
I would remove and inspect your relief valve cartridges and your control valves for your travel.
What is your model skid steer?
I believe there are some Gehl/Mustang skidsteer parts book PDF's floating around on the Internet that I have come across in the past. I cannot tell you off the top of my head as I am exposed to a lot of different pieces of equipment but if I can come up with that parts book, that will tell you where all your components are or at least help you identify them.
Click below.
I have to run because my family is sitting down for dinner. The link I posted above is your parts manual. You will be able to access all your parts breakdowns in that book.
Pleasure to help any way I can.
